Pretoria-Tuine Engineering School of Specialisation is one of the first schools to offer all three Technical VOC subjects: Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology and Civil Technology. We are also the only school in the district to offer all three VOC subjects to Grade 8 and 9 learners.
VOC subjects give learners early exposure to technical fields before they choose FET subjects in Grades 10-12. This helps learners understand the technical pathways available to them and supports better subject choices in Grade 10.
